      The building at 100 State Street is quite old and presents, somewhat regularly, maintenance and repair challenges. It is also undergoing improvement projects that can be somewhat disruptive.

      Ms. Martino has been nothiarg less than terrific in dealing with all of these issues, that can become difficult at times.
