We are excited to share that we're switching to a new, better payment platform in the coming weeks. The new platform called DirectBiller will be very similar to the RevoPay system you are using now. We've made the process as easy as possible in the following ways:

• You will use the same web address that you use today for making payments. It will simply redirect you to the new platform. Please bookmark the new web address and you can start to use that for future payments.
• When you first visit your payment site, you will need to reset your password. You can read instructions for how to change your password at this webpage: https://rb.gy/8f3s2b.
• If you have any saved payment methods (credit card and ACH) and payment plans, they will be automatically saved to the new platform.
