Born in Shipshanik, Tuz, Montenegro in 1955. He studied painting and graduated from the Academy of Arts in Pristina, Kosovo in 1979. There, he studied under Rexhep Ferri. He has
lived and worked in the United States since 1985. He specializes in painting and art restoration. A large number of his works are in private collections and he has been exhibiting in group exhibitions in New York. He has been a member of Montenegrin Art Society (ULUCG)
since 1982.
